Technical information such as session venues etc are not set yet, as the world expo still resides in the localities. More info is supposed to come after November 4th.
Clear directional signs; details on the programme of the CIDOC workshop and conference; and venue details will be posted on huge boards, on-site. Details will also be in the delegates packages.
Those who have registered and are staying in the conference appointed hotels will be received at the airport. The airport transfers arrangements have been arranged direct with the hotels. Clear signages with CIDOC conference logo and the names of participants/delegates will be prepared and flashed during the pick up, at the Arrival Hall in the airport. This service is however not available to those who did not register with the conference appointed hotel.
